General donations to the state or national party do not sign you up as a member of the Monroe County Democrats. 

We, as a county party, get a small income each month from the Democratic Party of Wisconsin based on the number of members we had in the previous year.  We also send delegates to the state convention based on membership.  Every individual or household membership helps!
